We will provide secure online transaction processing when requesting a customers personal information or credit card numbers to make it easy and safe for customers to patronize our business. We will also accept payment by traditional methods for customers who wish to do so.

We will gladly exchange or credit returns with a reeipt on all possible products and services we represent. Sorry, no cash refunds.

We will answer all customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

We will deal with each issue as it arises without bias to neither the scope of the issue nor the length of time or amount of customer business.

We will offer a Privacy Statement that clearly states what if any customer information we may collect or retain and what if anything we plan to do with any or all parts of that information.

We will always provide a clear means for our customers to request that any information they provide not be shared with others and we will always honour the customers’ request. We will offer customers the opportunity to register for special offers that we may present from time to time. Only customers who Opt-In by providing their e-mail address will receive these special offers and each offer sent will contain a provision that will allow them to unsubscribe from this list.

We will target our audience and will never engage in SPAM practices.

We will not discriminate due to race, creed, or national origin nor refuse to do business with nor will we provide preferential business treatment based on any of the above conditions during the course of conducting my business.

We always conduct our business with the highest level of honesty, and integrity and will subscribe to ethical standards of conduct.
